About Us

Stones of Transformation is owned and operated by mother-daughter duo, Yolanda Hurtado and Katarina Reyes. Yolanda Hurtado first opened Stones of Transformation in 2019 and has had a passion for crystals since she was young. Before opening Stones of Transformation, Yolanda was a business owner of an Edible Arrangements for 11 years with a educational background in business management.  Yolanda is trained in a multitude of spiritual modalities including but not limited to Feng Shui, Reiki, Pranic Healing, and Angel Card Readings. Throughout her spiritual journey she understood the importance of community and the sense of belonging. At Stones of Transformation, she strives to provide an eye opening and welcoming experience as soon as a client walks through the doors. Yolanda has vast knowledge of a variety of crystals and has a deep passion for rare high vibrational crystals such as Andaras, the Synergy 12 stones, and the Cintamani Wish Fulfilling Stones. 

Katarina Reyes, Yolanda's daughter came to be her business partner through the universe's fate for her. During the completion of her psychology degree, Katarina would help out at the shop on and off. After the completion of her Bachelors in Psychology, Katarina went to coordinate a nonprofit program for survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence at Stanford University. In 2024, after almost 2 years in her occupation, Katarina left her job to focus on her inner journey of healing and decided put her spiritual training to work. Katarina is formally trained in Indigenous Space Clearing, Reiki, Motoki, Past Life Regression, and Angel Card Readings. Katarina is a self taught Akashic Reader and offers Akashic readings at the shop and online. Katarina posts weekly collective akashic readings on Youtube & Instagram (@libelulaspath). She believes true healing occurs when we can be deeply honest with ourselves. 

Yolanda and Katarina are living their best life being around their crystal friends and enjoy meeting the most beautiful souls. Their clients often become close friends and the community they create at Stones of Transformation is one of deep love and light. They are grateful for their clients and believe everyday is a gift.
