What is your shipping turn around time?
While we strive to send your orders out as quick as possible, we do sage every crystal prior to sending and there are times where the orders may take 2-3 days to process then depending on the shipping method you chose, will ship between those times chosen.
Due to Covid 19 and shipping delays with the USPS, you may experience a delay in updates and/or shipping times.

What is your return policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, but if there's a reason where you feel there should be an exchange or return please e-mail us at email@example.com, so that our customer service experts may assist you.
I accidentally placed an order, how can I cancel it?
If you placed an order for an item by accident, please let us know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE as sometimes we tend to ship item same day if we are able so please just call us at 909.368.2671 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where are you located and what are your hours?
We are located at 457 N Central Ave, Upland CA 91786 and we are open 6 days a week excluding Tuesdays. Our hours are currently changing, so please call 909-368-2671 for our most up to date hours.

We would love to set up at your business, home or event. In order to ensure that we have openings on the days available please contact us as soon as possible via e-mail with the location and date in mind at email@example.com.
How do I know what stone is right for me?
