Harvest Sound Bath 10/18/25

Join us for this relaxing and grounding sound bath during the heart of fall season. These transformative sounds will energize any intentions you have for the end of the year. David Palomino will use up to 20 instruments to soothe and cleanse the energy body.

Please be sure to bring the following:

• Yoga mats will be provided- if you'd like to bring your own, please be mindful that it is a smaller location and we cannot accommodate bigger mats.
• Wear comfortable clothing
• Arrive at least 10 mins early
• And please make sure to place your phone on DND or put on silent
